Sales Manager - FMCG (Personal Care) Saber Khoury & Sons Co. (SKSC) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our Personal Care Division in Jordan. We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong FMCG experience, proven leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the Jordanian retail and distribution market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. Expand distribution and strengthen relationships across modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale, and other relevant channels. Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements with major retailers and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and improve market coverage, product visibility, and distribution efficiency. Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and competitor activities. Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams on promotions, product availability, and inventory planning. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in personal care, beauty, hygiene, or related categories. Proven track record in sales management and team leadership. Strong experience in both modern trade and traditional trade channels in Jordan. Established relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors are a strong advantage. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical capabilities. Ability to develop sales strategies while remaining actively involved in market execution. Fluency in Arabic and English.
