Job Vacancy - Production Manager A leading company in the food industry is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified Production Manager to oversee production and packaging operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in production. Training or certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP are preferred. Proven experience in team leadership, production line management, quality control, waste reduction, and improving production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee production and packaging operations and ensure the implementation of production plans. Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehousing departments. Monitor employee performance and provide training and development. Improve production efficiency, reduce waste and defective products, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Prepare periodic reports and recommend improvements to management.
