Planning Engineer A leading manufacturing company located in Amman, Jordan is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Planning Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities & Tasks - Sales & Demand Planning: Align production capabilities with commercial demands by developing accurate sales forecasts, historical data trends, and customer demand plans. - Inventory Management: Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent production bottlenecks or stockouts. - Capacity Planning: Analyze machinery and labor capacity to meet sales forecasts and customer delivery timelines. - Performance Reporting: Track, calculate, and report on key production metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement. Key Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. - Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a planning role. - Advanced Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) and experience working with ERP/SAP systems. - Excellent analytical capabilities and a strong foundation in statistics.
