Production Manager Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and supervise production operations according to approved production plans and schedules. * Distribute production orders among production sections and coordinate with the Planning Department. * Supervise production teams and monitor daily performance and productivity. * Review daily production reports, identify challenges, and ensure effective problem-solving. * Optimize the use of available resources, equipment, materials, and production capacity. * Monitor the availability of materials on production lines and ensure efficient workflow. * Supervise the inspection of finished and semi-finished products to ensure quality standards. * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety instructions. * Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and the 5S system to improve efficiency and workplace organization. * Prepare daily production summaries and report to the Operations Manager. * Manage and evaluate production personnel and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. * 3–5 years of practical experience in production and manufacturing. * Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills. * Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills. * Good knowledge of computer applications and office software. * Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and take responsibility. * Strong commitment to discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.
