OPERATIONS MANAGER We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our café operations in Jordan as we prepare for an exciting new chapter of growth. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily café operations and ensure consistent service quality. • Develop and implement operational procedures and brand standards. • Manage, train, and develop café managers and operational teams. • Monitor sales performance, costs, profitability, and operational KPIs. • Ensure excellent customer experience, product quality, and food safety compliance. • Manage inventory, procurement, staffing, and cost control. • Support new café openings and future business expansion.
