Join Our Team at Geneva Hotel Amman Position: Sales Manager / Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: * Identify and acquire new corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and business partners. * Promote hotel accommodation, meeting rooms, conferences, banquets, and catering services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections. * Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on business opportunities. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. * Prepare regular sales reports, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and achieve agreed targets. Qualifications & Requirements * Previous sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities. * A proactive, target-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue generation. * Good command of English and Arabic. * Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
