📢 We’re Hiring | SIS Application Specialist 🏛 The Kingdom University of Health Sciences (KU) is seeking an experienced Student Information System (SIS) Application Specialist to support the implementation and management of academic systems. ➡️ Key Responsibilities: ➤ Implement and support SIS, LMS, Exam, and Library Management Systems. ➤ Gather requirements and validate system configurations. ➤ Support system testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities. ➤ Manage system integrations, troubleshooting, and Tier 2 support. ➤ Deliver user training and maintain system documentation. ➤ Ensure data integrity and compliance with university policies. ➡️ Key Requirements ➤ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ➤ 3–5 years of SIS implementation and support experience in higher education. ➤ Hands-on experience with SIS and LMS. ➤ Mandatory end-to-end implementation and go-live experience. ➤ Knowledge of APIs, LTI, SSO, and system integration. ➤ Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). ➤ Located in Jordan. ⭐️ ITIL Foundation or relevant SIS/LMS certifications are an advantage. 📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply!
