(Chocolake), a leading company in the chocolate manufacturing industry, is seeking to hire: Job Title: Receptionist Location: Al-Muqabalain, Amman – Jordan Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM The Role As our Receptionist, you will create a welcoming and professional first impression of the company while providing reliable administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities •Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner. •Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. •Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. •Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Qualifications & Experience •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. •1–2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in an industrial or corporate environment). •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). •Professional appearance and positive attitude. •Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
