Job Title: Female Receptionist (Fresh Graduates Welcome) – Corporate Headquarters | Amman A leading company in Amman is looking to hire a Female Receptionist. We welcome young talents and fresh graduates to kickstart their professional careers with us. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, accurately recording messages with high professionalism. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries to the respective departments. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area at all times. Address general inquiries and provide basic information to visitors and callers. Provide support with basic administrative and clerical tasks. Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure they are well-prepared. Requirements: No prior experience required (fresh graduates are welcome), or up to 1 year of recent experience in reception, secretarial work, or customer service. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Languages, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and high courtesy in interacting with visitors and staff.
