The work: • Player messages and calls, in Arabic and English • Arranging matches, solving problems, closing every request properly • Clear standards — you'll always know what good looks like You: • Fresh graduate or early career • Strong Arabic and English, especially in writing • Responsive, organized, good with people Our minimum standards - these have to already be in you: • Customer obsession — you genuinely care that the person on the other side walks away happy • Ownership — what reaches you is yours until it's handled • Initiative — you move without waiting to be told • Hunger to learn and grow Salary: 350 JOD/month to start.
