Key Responsibilities: - Review purchase requests and verify approvals before invoice processing. - Verify, audit, record, and process purchase invoices, ensuring all required approvals and signatures are in place. - Audit and record checks in the relevant systems. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues. - Participate in monthly inventory counts and prepare financial reports for the direct manager. - Follow food and public safety policies and perform other related duties as assigned.
