Remote Accountant (Full-Time) Job Title: Remote Accountant (Full-Time) Location: Remote / Teleworking Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (40 hours per week) Compensation: Salary is based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time (The first 3 months will serve as a probationary period) We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team remotely. If you have a solid background in bookkeeping and know your way around QuickBooks Online, we’d like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure all financial records are kept up to date. Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations. Manage financial data, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team regarding financial statuses and updates. Requirements: Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting. Software: Must have strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (this is an absolute requirement) and Microsoft Excel. Language: Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Communication: Strong overall communication skills to effectively collaborate remotely. Other: We are specifically looking for a male candidate for this position.
