Business Development Director INJAZ | Amman, Jordan INJAZ is seeking a highly connected, results-driven Business Development Director to lead revenue generation, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and business growth. - Key Responsibilities • Drive business development, sales, and fundraising targets. • Identify and secure corporate sponsorships, grants, contracts, and strategic partnerships. • Expand INJAZ's network across Jordan, the region, and international markets. • Lead business proposals, negotiations, and partnership agreements. • Manage the business pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key accounts. • Lead and develop the Business Development team. - Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, International Development, or a related field; master's preferred. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in senior leadership. • Proven track record in securing funding, closing deals, and generating revenue. • Established network of corporate leaders, donors, and strategic partners. • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. • Fluency in Arabic and English. - If interested, please send your CV to: , mentioning the job title in the subject.
