📢 We're Hiring | Procurement Officer Arabella for Medical Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Jordan. Key Responsibilities: Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, production supplies, and other company requirements. Identify, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials. Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, and Finance departments. Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier quotations, and documentation. Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchasing-related issues. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
