Quality Assurance & Operational Control Officer Dallah Group is Hiring – Quality Assurance & Operational Control Officer Dallah Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance & Operational Control Officer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, contract governance, tender support, fleet monitoring, and service quality control across multiple business units. This is an urgent hire, and only candidates with proven relevant experience will be considered. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or related field • 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Control, Compliance, or related fields • Strong hands-on experience in tenders and contract management (mandatory) • Experience in operational monitoring including: • Fleet / vehicle tracking systems • Fuel monitoring and cost control • Compliance and reporting functions • Strong analytical and reporting skills • High attention to detail and ability to identify operational risks and discrepancies • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments ________ Key Responsibilities: • Review and ensure all contracts and agreements are valid, updated, and properly documented • Support preparation, coordination, and follow-up of tenders and bids with management • Monitor fuel consumption, efficiency, and discrepancies across departments • Oversee vehicle tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting • Investigate operational issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures • Prepare operational and quality reports for management review • Coordinate with finance, HR, and operations on control-related matters ________ Preferred: • Experience in car rental, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations • Experience in government or corporate tenders • Knowledge of operational control systems and internal procedures • Experience in contract lifecycle management ________ Required Documents: • Updated full CV • Employment/experience letters from previous companies • Social Security statement/documents • Reference letters or reachable professional references • Copy of valid ID/passport • Reachable contact number ________ How to Apply: Preferred: Submit your application through our Careers Portal: Please mention: Dallah Group – Quality Assurance Application in the email subject line.
