📢 We're Hiring | Logistics Officer Arabella for Medical Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team in Jordan. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate local and international shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor shipment schedules and track the movement of goods. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers. Prepare and follow up on shipping documents, delivery notes, and other logistics documentation. Assist in managing import and export procedures and customs clearance. Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations. Follow up on shipments and resolve delays or transportation-related issues. Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics or shipping, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Good knowledge of shipping procedures, import/export documentation, and customs clearance. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Good command of English. 📍 Location: Al-Dhulail / Khalidiya, Jordan.
