𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 Join our newly established Helpdesk unit at MadfoatCom and serve as the single point of contact for IT support across the organization. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 ▪️ Resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues ▪️ Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices ▪️ Manage user accounts, access permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 ▪️ Handle onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device provisioning ▪️ Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices, including imaging, software installation, and updates ▪️ Enroll and manage devices through Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions ▪️ Maintain asset inventory and document support activities and solutions ▪️ Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 ▪️ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field ▪️ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, or Service Desk role ▪️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory ▪️ Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) ▪️ Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM systems ▪️ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills ▪️ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV via DM.
