Junior HR Officer Company Engineering Consulting & Project Management is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function. The selected candidate will assist with HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, and general employee support while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations and administrative activities. Assist with recruitment coordination, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and employee documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required documents are completed. Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures. Handle employee information and confidential records professionally. Assist with general HR coordination and employee-related administrative tasks as required. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant HR experience with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of basic HR processes and administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good command of English and Arabic.
