Assistant HR Manager leading industrial company is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant HR Manager to join its team as per the following details: - * Provides strategic and operational leadership in all areas of Learning and Organizational Development to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce. * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals * Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes * coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees. * Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new and transferred employees. * Support employee career development initiatives, Identify high-potential employees for growth opportunities. * Lead cultural initiatives, engagement programs, campaigns, and onboarding processes. * Training and Development to assist in identifying TNA, Coordinate and organize training programs to meet the training needs. * Evaluates the effectiveness of the organizations training programs and recommends areas of improvement * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Support performance appraisal processes, help managers develop employee improvement plans and track employee development goals and career progression * Talent Development, assist in succession planning and leadership development programs. * ,Monitor employee engagement and workplace culture Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field. 7+ years’ experience in HR Master degree or Professional HR certification are plus. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and Strong analytical thinking. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. Multicultural openness Data analysis and reporting Talent management Workforce planning Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Qualified candidates are encouraged to send their CV to the below E-mail
